Wire sawing

The diamond wire is a 8-10 millimetre diameter cable with small stainless steel cylinders on which synthetic diamond beads have been applied. These diamond-threaded machines are built to access them from a certain distance from the place on the wall where cutting is desired.

This function helps in protecting the people using it from the dust eliminated by the thread rubbing and protects against eventual detaching of the diamond pearls. These machines over the years have been refined so that their cutting speeds have passed from 3,4 square meters per hour to 15 square meters, varying according to the material in which they are cut.
